before the first conversation.

How do we know which engagement is right for us?

Most decision-makers find themselves in the "Start where you are" section above. If you’re still unsure, get in touch. We’ll usually know within ten minutes which entry point makes the most sense.

Do you work outside Portugal, the US, and South Africa?

Yes. We deliver wherever the engagement makes sense. Our active hubs are Porto, the US East Coast (virtual + occasional on-site), and Johannesburg through our consortium partnerships.

What does "Both founders. In the room." actually mean?

Exactly that. Kati and Teet co-deliver every Strategy Day, every Integration & Adoption engagement, and every Build Sprint. We don’t hand delivery to junior consultants. That is also why our calendar is finite.

Can you adapt the programme to our industry?

Every engagement begins with diagnosis of your actual workflows, teams, and operational constraints. The methodology is consistent. The implementation is yours.

What about confidentiality and data security?

Standard MNDA before discovery. Custom systems are built in your environment, not ours. Skillset Vault is GDPR-compliant and aligned with EITCA Information Security certification standards.

We already have AI tools. Can you still help?

Almost always. The question is usually not "do you have AI tools?" — it’s "have those tools actually changed how work happens?" Most of our clients already have Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Gemini before we arrive.

How is this different from the Big 4?

We are two operators, not a 200-consultant pyramid. Our engagements are measured in weeks, not quarters. We\u2019ve built and operated businesses ourselves. Most consulting firms advise on operations they\u2019ve never personally run.And we\u2019ll tell you when AI is the wrong answer.
