The Operating Layer

Most teams collect tools. We organise them into five systems.

An operator never thinks in apps. They think in outcomes — and they wire the tools that produce those outcomes into systems they can run. The Pathway™ teaches each system at the right depth, at the right tier, in the right order.

01

Think

Analyse, decide, write — without burning a morning on a blank page.

ChatGPT · Claude · NotebookLM
02

Build

Ship working tools, landing pages, internal apps — without a developer.

Lovable · Custom GPTs · MCP Connectors · Cowork
03

Speak

Show up at scale — in your own voice, on camera, without recording every time.

ElevenLabs · HeyGen
04

Remember

Files, project history, custom skills — all in one place across every session.

Claude Cowork · Project drives
05

Run

Operate the business from your phone — instructions, approvals, reports, all by message.

Telegram · Slack · Claude orchestration

Without the Pathway™ these are five separate piles of tools. The Pathway™ is the methodology that connects them — and teaches your team how to actually run them.

The Methodology

Three tiers. One capability loop.

Each tier earns a credential. Each tier produces a different organisational identity. Tier III closes the loop — your own people become the trainers, and the methodology runs without us.

What it solves

Three problems. Three tiers. Named, diagnosable, addressable.

We don't publish a syllabus. We name the three organisational states that every AI initiative gets stuck in — and the tier that resolves each one.

I
Tier 01 · Foundation

AI-Literate Practitioner

3 days · whole team · 10–30 participants
The Problem

Your team uses AI to summarise emails — and stops there. Real workflows, real outputs, real integration: not happening.

The Outcome

Whole team operates AI as a daily tool. Not a novelty. Not a side experiment. The shift is visible in week one.

Who it's for: Sales, marketing, HR, operations, leadership — every function that touches knowledge work.

II
Tier 02 · Command

AI Project Manager

+2 days · 4–6 selected leaders
The Problem

AI experiments are scattered across departments. Nothing compounds. Leadership can't tell what's working, what's failing, and what's draining budget.

The Outcome

Cross-functional AI initiatives delivered with vendor strategy, governance, and ROI accountability owned by named internal leaders.

Who it's for: Department heads, project owners, and operations leaders selected from Tier I.

III
Tier 03 · Multiplier

AI Literacy Trainer for Companies

+4 days · 1–2 selected multipliers
The Problem

Every new hire, every new team, every quarter — you're paying outside consultants to repeat the same training. The dependency never ends.

The Outcome

Internal trainers who deliver the NTA Pathway™ inside the organisation — under licence — replacing external dependency with permanent capability.

Who it's for: Internal trainers, L&D leads, HR leadership, innovation owners — typically 1–2 per cohort.

Built around the EU AI Act — Article 4

AI literacy, the way the regulation actually defines it.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations to ensure their people have sufficient AI literacy across three competencies. The Pathway™ is built around all three — not as theory, but as capability your team runs on Monday.

01

Understanding what AI is and how it works.

Tier I gives the whole team an honest working model of what these systems can and can't do — where they're powerful, and where they quietly fail (hallucination, confident wrong answers, stale or biased data).

02

Awareness of risks, benefits and ethical considerations.

Across every tier, people learn the real risks in their own workflows — data exposure, over-trust, automation that breaks accountability — alongside the genuine benefits. Tier II makes this explicit: governance, vendor risk, and where AI must not make the call.

03

Enabling informed human oversight and responsible use.

Human approval points, escalation, and clear ownership are designed before AI is trusted with anything that matters. Tier III embeds the responsible-use standard inside the organisation, so it holds over time — not just on training day.

Honest note: We give your organisation capability and an honest map, and our credential is DigComp 2.2-aligned, Europass-ready and EHIS-registered (261915). We do not issue a legal compliance certificate — no trainer credibly can. Compliance remains your organisation's responsibility and your counsel's call; we provide the capability and the evidence of training undertaken.

Why this methodology exists

Every other AI literacy framework is built by people who teach. The NTA Pathway™ is built by people who shipped.

01

Operator-built

Designed by two founders who built and exited companies before going deep into AI — not by academics, not by curriculum vendors, not by consultants.

02

Field-validated

Tested across 450+ organisations in 12 markets — from Nasdaq Tallinn and the Estonian Ministry of Culture to Fujitsu, Vapiano, and the City of Tallinn.

03

Self-sustaining

Tier III closes the loop. Your organisation trains its own next generation under licence. The methodology becomes yours to run.

Who built this

Two operators. On-site. Together.

Most AI training is delivered by one person who learned AI. The NTA Pathway™ is delivered by two people who built and ran companies before going deep into AI. A ninth-grader with Lovable can build a demo. They cannot stand before a senior team on Monday and explain why those changes affect how Tuesday will work. That's why Kati and Teet deliver it together.
