Common questions

How much of our team's time does this take?
Roughly 10–20% during weeks 1–6, dropping to 5–10% during weeks 7–12. We design around your operating rhythm — no week-long offsites, no removing people from real work.
What about IT and security?
We work with your IT team from day one. Architecture reviews, security sign-off, vendor evaluation, AI Act readiness — all built into Phase 2. We don't deploy anything your CIO can't approve.
Can we focus on just one function?
Yes. While the programme is designed for cross-functional rollout, we run it for individual functions when that's the right fit (e.g. a sales-only or CX-only engagement). Same methodology, narrower scope.
What if our pilot already failed?
Often that's the best starting point. We diagnose why it failed, reuse what works, kill what doesn't, and rebuild around what your organisation can actually adopt.
