Common questions

Who should be in the room?
Your leadership team — typically 8–15 people. CEO, COO, CHRO, CFO, plus the function heads who'd own AI execution (sales, marketing, ops, customer experience, IT).
Do we need to prepare anything before?
Yes. We'll send a short pre-read and a 15-minute survey to each attendee, plus a one-call alignment with the CEO. The day itself is high-leverage because the prep does the heavy lifting.
What if we already have an AI roadmap?
Even better. We pressure-test it against your operational reality. Many of our clients arrive with a roadmap and leave with a sharper, more honest one.
Is the Skillset Vault access for everyone or just attendees?
Lifetime access for everyone in the room. If you want to extend to broader team afterwards, that's a separate conversation.
